We do offer bulk quantities of ready to serve food that you may serve on your own at your get togethers.

Catering

We supply food, paper plates, soft drinks, utensils, and other essentials for your event. Our main dishes usually include smoked ribs, smoked pulled pork or brisket, with limited chicken and non-meat hamburger alternatives available for guests who do not eat pork or beef due to religious or personal reasons. We also offer made-from-scratch buns and store-bought options.

We are closed on Sundays and do not provide services that day.
